About The Position

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to work in a hybrid capacity, supporting enterprise initiatives. This position requires candidates to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while managing projects of varying complexity in a structured, process-driven environment. As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple IT projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, stakeholder expectations, and business objectives while maintaining scope, schedule, and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT projects of varying size, scope, and complexity.
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycle activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, cost, communication, risk, and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business units.
  • Experience utilizing formal project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, specifically within Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
  • Experience managing Enterprise Business Solutions projects, particularly SAP initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and associated artifacts using established PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.
  • Coordinate with business owners, analysts, and stakeholders to define, refine, and control project scope.
  • Oversee project planning activities including integration, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk management.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project sponsors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project health.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance, standards, and playbook requirements.
