About The Position

The IT Project Manager will oversee technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer service within CR&R. This role involves managing system implementations, software integrations, software customizations, new software development, and data-driven solutions supporting logistics, routing, fleet management, billing, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of enterprise software (ERP, CRM), data analytics, and digital transformation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with waste management systems, fleet tracking, or route optimization software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external teams to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and environmental compliance teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop project documentation, including scope, schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support system rollouts, upgrades, and user training.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology enhancements to support sustainability initiatives.
• Track OKRs and KPIs to measure the value and performance of completed projects.
