Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years prior project management experience with Epic Unified communications and Rover implementations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Suite Products
  • Experience with and knowledge of telecom infrastructure such as DAS or call manager

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience at Epic
  • Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from PMI

Responsibilities

  • You'll lead projects with multiple business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for solutions.
  • You'll prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • You'll utilize your understanding of key areas of the healthcare business to embrace ambiguity and time pressures in order to maintain adherence to strict project deadlines
  • You'll obtain, maintain, and manage data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entities.
  • You'll interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • You'll lead project meetings.
  • You'll document and track relevant information and project statuses.
  • You'll coordinate and monitor activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities.
  • You'll perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
