Requirements

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 10+ years of experience in IT/telecommunications program management
  • 5+ years managing federal government contracts, preferably with DHS, DoD, or similar agencies
  • 3+ years managing subcontractor or carrier service agreements
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Just be a US Citizen, with a Fully Adjudicated ACTIVE Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • The IT Project Manager shall be available via telephone between the hours of 0800 and 1700 ET, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 4 hours of notification.
  • IT Project Manager shall be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the requirement.
  • IT Project Manager shall serve as the central point-of-contact (POC) for both management and technical matters.
  • IT Project Manager shall have the authority to represent and act on behalf of the entire Contractor support team in all matters concerning the project.

  • Monthly Funds Status Report
  • Conference Agenda
  • Annual Program Review (APR)
  • Minutes Quarterly and Project Management Review (QPMR)
  • Ensuring schedule, cost, and performance goals are met
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing agreements with service providers
  • Establishing processes for quality assurance to include and status/cost reports
  • Serving on the Service Provider Council (SPC) to ensure PS services are interoperable and to resolve issues that may arise.
