Job Title : IT Project Manager Reporting To: IT Project Management Manager Work Schedule: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY Our team in Corporate Group is looking for an IT Project Manager to join them. You will report to the Manager of PMO IT Strategy & Planning and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

Requirements

  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience performing similar functions. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Proven experience in delivering large, complex projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of project and program management practices.
  • Strong skills in managing customer expectations and utilizing resources efficiently.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile practices with a bimodal approach to IT development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing cyber security initiatives, including access management or device control or management, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver large, complex projects to achieve planned business value benefits.
  • Provide advanced project and program management expertise to Moog management, both within and outside IT, including developing and applying Moog's standards for structured project and change management processes.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding project schedules, costs, quality, scope, risk, and benefits.
  • Efficiently utilize Moog resources to support strategic business initiatives through effective planning and time management.
  • Apply your learning and experience to tackle all but the most difficult business and technical challenges, using advanced problem-solving and people management skills.
  • Act as an effective liaison between Moog and external vendors.
