IT Project Manager The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent handsâon experience. We’re looking for a professional with 2–4 years of experience coordinating or supporting IT or departmental projects, with a strong background in contract work and managing multiple concurrent activities. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problemâsolving skills, along with solid knowledge of commercial contracts, IT systems, and general electrical facility concepts. Candidates should bring a strong understanding of project management methodologies, proven leadership, and the ability to manage priorities in a fastâpaced environment. Proficiency with Oracle, Microsoft O365, and project management tools is essential, as are strong financial and analytical capabilities. As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives across Otter Tail Power Company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OTP’s project management standards. You will manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and accurate documentation. Collaboration with developers, engineers, analysts, business partners, and external vendors is key, as you guide project objectives, oversee contractor performance, and support procurement activities. This role requires strong crossâfunctional leadership and the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments to drive successful outcomes. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
