Requirements

• Minimum of an B.S. degree in a related field.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with all parties.
• Computer literate.
• Possess sufficient initiative, interpersonal relationship skills and social sensitivity to enable relating constructively to a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new ORSC Project Manager to represent MasterControl (federal) and act as the project manager for any changes, updates, etc.
• Mentor new ORSC Project Manager to manage communications between MC developers
• Collaborate and mentor new ORSC Project Manager to provide task management (MC-side) and estimated realistic timeframes for NIH-requested modifications/updates for project teams and for the Change Control Board.
• Other duties as assigned
