The IT Project Manager will assume a hands-on role in the planning, oversight, and leadership of projects focused on implementing Microsoft solutions for mission-critical tools and applications. The PM will actively plan and manage project tasks and provide oversight to delivery, managing risks, schedule, scope, and communications. Specific tasks and responsibilities include: Management and coordination of Agile application development teams Work directly with senior level business owners to drive future vision and ensure requirements are understood and well documented Daily interaction with customer IT PMs and business Product Owners, including senior management Take a hands-on role to support analysis, design, and testing activities, as needed Develop and present weekly and monthly status reports Facilitate weekly and monthly status meetings Develop and maintain project schedules Actively identify and manage issues and risks Develop and facilitate lessons learned Track and manage to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Develop and support ongoing updates to project management documentation Development and execution of communication management strategy and corresponding plan The projected compensation range for this position is $140K - $160K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
