About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives of varying size and complexity. This role is responsible for managing full project lifecycle delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, and driving successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise IT environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience across IT projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience managing key project areas including scope, schedule, cost, risk, communication, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Must be able to pass ePATCH and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Demand, and Project modules)
  • Experience supporting SAP or enterprise business solutions projects
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources across multiple IT projects
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans and related artifacts in alignment with PMO standards, templates, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define, refine, and manage project scope
  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project sponsors
  • Ensure adherence to established PMO playbooks, governance standards, and documentation requirements
