At Orthodontic Experts Management, the IT PM is responsible for all aspects of assigned OEM IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Tasks include but are not limited to: IT Project Management Manage the OEM IT side of assigned IT projects in collaboration with IT MSP and other external parties. Organize meetings, create agendas and minutes, meet with stakeholders to address project goals, identify internal resources needed, and create project plans for submission, approval, and execution. Once project plan is approved, capture all project information in GRC platform. Gather and analyze requirements, develop or coordinate work plans, schedules, resource plans, risk identification, and mitigation plans. Set and track milestones, account for delays, including setting new expectations as required. Adhere to budget, schedule, scope of project work, and escalation issues timely. Manage internal project resources and coordinate with external project managers to meet project requirements. Ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures. Drive project commitments with a clear chain of accountability. Ensure on-time completion. Prepare project status reports, identifying potential roadblocks and intervention needed. Provide training, create training materials, and other information as warranted for project hand-off to production environment. Other duties as assigned. Procurement Research vendors to negotiate best pricing for IT asset procurement and licensing. Work with IT MSP to ensure that products to be purchased are consistent with existing OEM technology platform, security stack, and industry standards. Review invoices against orders received in a timely manner, following policies and procedures for processing. Ensure a timely and accurate exchange of goods and services by maintaining an accurate inventory of OEM IT assets and software licensing via GRC platform. Documentation Responsible to create and maintain full project documentation, including those of the IT MSP, in GRC platform. Responsible for the delivery of a runbook at the end of every project that has been tested for quality assurance and has been signed off on by the project owner. Participate in auditing of runbooks. Create technical documents, including runbooks, and additions to BCP / DRP. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities None
