Position Description: IT Project Manager LayerZero Power Systems is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through successful implementation. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring project goals are met while minimizing disruption to business operations. The IT Project Manager will work across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Software, and Operations teams to deliver projects that modernize systems, improve processes, and strengthen overall IT capabilities.

  • Plan, execute and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate work across internal IT staff, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project status to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication between all parties involved.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of project management best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management certification (PMP).
  • Experience in manufacturing or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
