About The Position

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) is seeking a proactive and collaborative IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from concept through successful user adoption. This role combines traditional project management discipline with the people-focused strategies of organizational change management. The ideal candidate will ensure that IT improvements deliver measurable business value while minimizing disruption and maximizing engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years in IT project management, business systems, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle IT implementations.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile PM).
Certification or training in Change Management (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
Experience in manufacturing, energy systems, or technical product environments.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools or Jira for project management.

Responsibilities

Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company strategy.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
Manage stakeholder communications and report progress to leadership.
Drive issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Assess the impact of technology initiatives on employees, processes, and culture.
Build and execute communication, training, and adoption plans.
Partner with department leads to ensure readiness and post-launch support.
Develop and track KPIs for adoption, satisfaction, and performance.
Reinforce change through coaching, feedback loops, and leadership alignment.
