About The Position

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in the organization and implementation of new client installations and existing client projects. Duties will include, but are not limited to, project timeline management/documentation, coordinating installation teams and resources, handling client outreach and communication, monitoring and communicating project deliverable deadlines, and other PM related duties as needed. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is responsible, organized, self-directed, proactive, and has impeccable attention to detail and punctuality. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and be comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.

Requirements

  • Project management and leadership skills for managing multiple concurrent projects and the teams involved.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal and external team members and management.
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail in all documentation and correspondence both internally and externally.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
  • Impeccable organization, documentation, and time management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years project management experience preferred, ideally supporting efforts to configure and customize a system or product.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • Must have high speed Internet (satellite is not allowed for this role) with a minimum speed of 25mbs download and 5mbs upload.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple installation projects concurrently.
  • Organize and lead internal and external project meetings to discuss project goals, deliverables, and progress.
  • Create, maintain, and adjust project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, daily updates, and more.
  • Consider staff / departmental resources for projects.
  • Coordinate project team members both internally and externally as needed.
  • Apply strong project management and organizational skills to implementation processes.
  • Provide regular status updates to both internal staff and client resources.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines in project management software and other company project templates.
  • Understand and comply with all company Privacy and Security standards.
