Position Overview: The IT Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful project management and delivery of the customer environment upgrades and internal initiatives for the all Healthedge products. In this role, you will be working across cross teams and departments, build strong partnership and relationships and will ensure a track record of on-time delivery with excellent customer satisfaction. Using standard project management methodologies, the Upgrade Manager is a hands-on leader who will manage all aspects of the delivery. This person will manage a team of infrastructure, customer success and customer support resources in a matrixed environment.
