In this role, you will oversee major IT service delivery projects, ensuring that they align with best practices and organizational needs. Your expertise will drive the success of various IT initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in enhancing project performance metrics and supporting vendors in developing efficient data management processes. Requirements

  • At least 7 years providing project management support to large DoD IT programs.
  • 3 years experience leading IT project management with expertise in ITIL, ITSM, Agile and DEVOPS.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead major IT service delivery projects in accordance with ITIL v4 standards.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend changes for project growth.
  • Function as technical expert across multiple ITSM project assignments.
  • Coordinate meetings between Government, contractor, and service providers.
  • Assemble contractor performance data and ensure accurate entry into performance measurement systems.
  • Support the development of a data model and automation of performance data entry.
  • Develop processes to validate performance metric data collection.
  • Provide automated performance data for identified metrics such as SLAs.
  • Deliver monthly analysis for each performance metric.
  • Provide technical capabilities in program management, IT infrastructure, and cyber security.
