About The Position

The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with business owners and technical leaders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring each initiative achieves its intended impact. This role requires proactive risk management, clear communication, and the ability to drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment. You will lead project teams, monitor performance, and maintain operational alignment, acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technology organization. The position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to meaningful initiatives that improve healthcare operations and support long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • 3+ years of technical project management experience, managing concurrent projects across functional teams.
  • Experience delivering projects in an Agile SDLC environment.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, influence outcomes, and drive projects to completion without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to determine the appropriate level of stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams).
  • Experience using project planning and tracking tools such as Jira and Tempo.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple technical programs and initiatives, aligning stakeholders on strategy and execution.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively address project risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, including plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Establish consistent communication cadences to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Oversee change control processes and ensure deployment scope adheres to requirements.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
  • Monitor and report on project performance regularly.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on processes and workflows related to project delivery.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support project success.
