The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure development. Experience supporting infrastructure integration during mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically large scale merger and acquisitions.
  • 7 plus years of demonstrated experience managing projects related to mergers and acquisitions, including system integration and data migration.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Lead infrastructure integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
