About The Position

Requirements

• PMP certification preferred.
• 5 years of experience in managing Information Technology (IT) projects.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage project scope and funding against customer requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building and listening.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer IT projects and existing customer relationships to achieve high levels of satisfaction and profitability.
• Execute project management oversight on customer engagements, striving for 100% client satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal IT support, contractors, and vendors to create custom functionalities as needed.
• Recommend changes to established Quality Assurance programs and standards for customer engagements.
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, maintaining transparency and accurate documentation.
• Handle customer service standards and problem resolutions to ensure executive-level service.
• Manage the delivery of project plans and oversee a significant portion of business planning.
• Participate in ongoing client management activities, including business reviews and status updates.
