IT Project Manager IV
About The Position
Plans, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of internal information system-specific projects, which translate business objectives and requirements into workable plans, requirements documents, technical and functional design documents and models This Sr Project Manager position will be responsible for helping our client implement our Minimum Viable Digital Business model in which the client is re-defining our product offerings, streamlining our Go-To-Market processes, and enhancing our application ecosystem to support ease of doing business with our customers.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience managing complex, cross-organizational projects
- Experience providing effective written and verbal communication with all levels of leadership (including C-Level) required
Nice To Haves
- Professional Services and/or Managed Services project experience preferred
- Experience with Sales process and applications preferred
Responsibilities
- Gathers required data from Stakeholders, IT Team, and Business SMEs to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
- Keeps leadership (up to C-level) informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results
- Coordinates and monitors technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery
- Implements consistent process and tools for program management using Agile Scrum/Kanban
- Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives
- Provides input on team and project performance
