Who you are: As an IT Project Manager III, you are the trailblazer for modernization and transformation in the IT space. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of business systems in support of Lines of Business programs. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. You will have the freedom to ask questions and build relationships by working with other teams throughout the organization. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for people, you will help keep the ball rolling on software projects while reporting and presenting to project stakeholders. What you’ll do: Coordinate the implementation of business systems for Lines of Business programs as an IT Project Manager III at Frost. Serve as a servant leader who guides and mentor’s teams to reach their full potential and possesses effective communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors. Develop project charter, resource requirements, work breakdown structure, and schedule; monitor vendor deliverables and service level agreements; and follow established Project Management methodology and procedures. Manage discovery process for eliciting requirements, coordinate all tasks associated with solution definition, design, development, and deployment, and coach and mentor other IT Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
