In this role, you’ll lead and deliver multiple small to medium-sized business and technology projects that support our long-term goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and more to bring ideas to life and ensure successful execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized business and technology projects
  • Proven success with both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple business functions and technologies (ERP, Web, Middleware, Infrastructure, etc.)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, Jira)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical thinking
  • Servant leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related advanced degree
  • 5+ years managing large-scale business and technology projects
  • Experience in manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with matrix organizations and cross-functional accountability
  • Scrum Master experience and PMP certification

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects aligned with Charter’s strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with business units and functional stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and resource needs
  • Develop and execute project plans, communication strategies, risk mitigation, and change management approaches
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Present high-level status updates to sponsors, leadership, and steering committees
  • Proactively manage scope changes and potential risks with contingency planning
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster accountability and growth
  • Conduct post-project reviews and share lessons learned to improve future delivery
  • Educate stakeholders on Charter’s project management methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures
