About The Position
Under general direction, is responsible for managing multiple complex projects on behalf of stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring effective, high-quality execution and delivery of projects, leveraging project management methodologies and software development lifecycle frameworks. Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, directs and monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews, and escalates functional, quality, and/or timeline issues appropriately. Works with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Exercises technical supervision over assigned staff. This position is an 'unclassified' position and has no disciplinary appeal rights to the Municipal Civil Service Commission. This position is likewise subject to at-will employment status and can be terminated at any time for any reason.
