Position Purpose: Assists in managing and overseeing all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. Develops detailed project plans. Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports. Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables. Assist in managing multiple small to medium sized projects Works with project stakeholders to develop an objective-based comprehensive project plan as per allocated time and budget Establishes, builds rapport, and maintains relationships with stakeholders, third parties and vendors to ensure their coordination with internal resources Creates, builds, and updates project schedules, project charters, status reports and work breakdown structures Sets priorities, defines dependencies, and schedules activities Tracks and reports on financial data, performance, and status of multiple projects by leveraging project management tools and techniques; continually reviews and makes recommendations to ensure adequate availability of resources Communicates to team members and stakeholders via Project Management Office project update methods Ensures consistency and adherence to corporate operational standards and processes Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 - 2 years of related experience.
  • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business Management or equivalent preferred.
