The IT Project Manager-ERP lead the transition from a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires advanced technical expertise, project management, and leadership to ensure a seamless implementation that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable value. Seeking candidates with a minimum five years ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Business Central, Finance and Operations). Expertise in data migration (e.g., DMF, data mapping, validation) and cloud-based ERP architecture (e.g., Azure integration). Experience with legacy system transitions and knowledge of common ERP pitfalls (e.g., over-customization, poor vendor selection). Experience holding vendors and teams accountable, with skills in negotiating contracts and enforcing SLAs.
