About The Position

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the migration of on-premise data center systems to cloud environments. This role requires strong application-level understanding, as you will coordinate with application managers, infrastructure engineers, and vendors to ensure a smooth migration.

Requirements

• 6+ years as an IT Project Manager
• Experience in data center/cloud migration projects
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and system dependencies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with migration tools (AWS Migration Hub, Azure Migrate)
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Hybrid cloud environment experience
• Bilingual in Korean

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data center to cloud migration projects
• Organize and assess application portfolios for migration
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, and external vendors
• Define migration strategies: rehost, replatform, refactor, retire
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Oversee testing, cutover, and validation activities
• Maintain proper documentation of processes and systems
