About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to support our Renewables and Industrial Cybersecurity activities , with a strong focus on coordination and reporting . This role sits at the intersection of IT, business, and data , ensuring the smooth execution of IT deployments across solar projects while maintaining clear visibility through dashboards and KPIs .

Requirements

• Project Management / PMO / Business Analysis
• Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
• Autonomous, structured , and able to work efficiently in a small team
• ServiceNow (reporting, dashboards)
• Power BI Dashboarding & reporting tools
• Data analysis & KPI tracking

Nice To Haves

• Industry knowledge is a plus , but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT deployments across solar farms (networks, OT security, remote access)
• Act as a central point of coordination between IT, cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors
• Track cybersecurity actions, risks, and remediation (ServiceNow)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Support PMO activities (project tracking, KPIs, reporting)
