This includes fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) across our distribution network. This role will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle-from planning and design through execution, testing, and go-live-ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and operational excellence. This role will also drive solution adoption by leveraging key change management, communication and stakeholder management principles.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the WMS implementation project, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Work with business owners and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources for execution, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Actively engage, inform, and influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Build trust through collaboration, performance and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications; oversee system configuration, integration, and data migration activities.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve issues promptly to minimize project impact.
  • Support organizational change efforts, including training, documentation, and communication plans.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the solution adheres to internal standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex project information clearly and persuasively to audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Facilitate executive briefings, lead cross-functional workshops, and present business cases or project updates.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2 years in WMS or supply chain systems implementation.
  • Strong project management, business process design and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management process.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organization.
  • Adept in conflict resolution.
  • Able to manage internal customer relationships and expectations.
  • Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate and deliver through a complex change environment and with culturally different teams.
  • Facilitating and navigating through potential roadblocks and barriers, being creative and 'thinking outside the box' for new solutions.
  • Balancing the need to deliver short term results with the need to create the conditions for sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life insurance.
  • AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Sleep care management.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA).
