The IT Project Estimator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will manage a portfolio of highly complex proposals from development to award with a focus on the development and proposal process. Responsibilities include facilitating proposal meetings, guiding technical teams in developing contractual deliverables on time, planning and scheduling contract deliverables using established Earned Value tool sets, managing expectations, resolving issues and conflicts, and building mitigation plans. The candidate will also author and deliver proposals, status reports, and executive level presentations, estimate costs for IT projects, prepare written proposals and cost estimates, monitor government provided systems for real-time proposal notifications, and manage multiple proposal developments to ensure timely delivery.
