About The Position

The Project Engineer (Infrastructure) is dedicated to completing innovative technology projects, enhancing system capabilities, and fostering a culture of collaboration to directly address the unique challenges of the area. This position is key in delivering project solutions to clients that exceeds’ expectations through careful understanding of client technologies and a thoughtful approach to problem solving.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to execute projects successfully
Technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems.
Technical proficiency in configuring and deploying various infrastructure changes, including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to project execution.
Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment.
Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is required.
A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and vehicle that you can use for traveling to and from clients' offices and our offices.
Demonstrable experience in Windows Server Environment Setup
Demonstrable experience in DNS and DHCP
Demonstrable experience in Storage Solutions such as NFS and SMB
Demonstrable experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
Demonstrable experience in Equipment Setup and Deployment
Demonstrable experience in Dell and HPE Server Chassis

Nice To Haves

Experience working with remote teams is desired.
Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients is preferred.
Demonstrable experience in Network Switches from Ubiquiti
Demonstrable experience in Firewalls from Sophos
Demonstrable experience in Wireless Access Points (WAPs) from Ubiquiti
Demonstrable experience in NAS solutions from QNAP and Synology
Demonstrable experience in Hypervisor Setup and Configuration
Demonstrable experience in Cloud Platform Deployments
Demonstrable experience in Azure AD and Cloud Server
Demonstrable experience in Apple MDM
Demonstrable experience in Data Storage Device Setup and Deployment
