Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company seeks an IT Project Delivery Manager, Agile Software Delivery II for its Charlotte, NC location. The role involves overseeing necessary effort estimations and prioritization of work by the team to deliver on time and in budget, including tracking and monitoring forecasts, managing actual expenses and correcting budget variances. The manager will plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. The position requires managing operational aspects of a project and scope, including resourcing and Agile practices such as authoring features and user stories, iterative planning and demos, backlog, forecasts, releases, queries, reports, dashboards, and other ceremonies. Additionally, the manager will oversee day-to-day project planning, coordination, monitoring and control, configuration management, risk and issue management, vendor management, and metrics. The role also includes developing or updating project plans, preparing project status reports, establishing and executing a project communication plan, assigning duties and responsibilities to project personnel, and executing delivery through various communication and facilitation skills. The manager will also collaborate with IT Vendor Management, Corporate Sourcing, and Procurement teams to identify, onboard, and manage third parties, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
