CRI Advantage is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support project delivery within cybersecurity programs at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). This role provides hands-on coordination for scheduling, documentation, KPI tracking, risk reporting, requirements workshops, and day-to-day support of large-scale cyber and enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment, and is eager to support mission-driven technology work that protects critical infrastructure nationwide.

  • Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and correction plans
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including KPIs, risk registers, change logs, and requirements
  • Generate and deliver weekly status reports for project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, assignments, and timelines
  • Participate in requirements workshops and help document business and functional needs
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking activities
  • Assist with compliance to INL security, safety, quality, and documentation standards
  • Experience supporting IT or cybersecurity project coordination or project management
  • Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
  • Experience with project risk management, tracking, and documentation
  • Proficient in maintaining project artifacts (e.g., schedules, KPIs, risk logs, change documents, meeting minutes, project plans)
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Must work onsite at INL and meet HSPD-12 suitability requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain an HSPD-12 badge and BAO access (post-hire)
  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience, OR Master's degree, OR 6 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree
  • Project management certification: PMP, CAPM, or CSM
  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM or similar enterprise PM tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity)
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity or highly technical IT programs
