About The Position

Tree Top has an exciting opportunity for a paid Internship at our Support Center on our main campus in Selah, WA. The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university or technical school pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related degrees with a minimum 3.0 GPA. This full-time, paid Internship will begin in May/June 2026 and conclude 90 days from the first worked day. Start/end dates are flexible to meet school schedule.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university or technical school.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related degrees.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong motivation to build a career in their field of study.

Responsibilities

• Understand how technology solutions can enhance the business environment.
• Work with the team to gather requirements and understand the needs of the users before determining the solution to support the issue/barrier.
• Document recurring issues or questions that should always be asked when speaking with users.
• Participate in Stand Up and MOB.
• Learn and understand data modeling and how to use business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Learn and understand how to use SQL, Excel, and other tools for reporting.
