We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager to lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of a critical web-based internal tool. This tool is essential for providing non-technical end-users with compliant and intuitive access to necessary functionality. This role requires an outstanding leader capable of serving as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams, Sponsor stakeholders, and complex regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will drive program execution from inception through delivery and sustain long-term operations and maintenance (O&M), ensuring continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with Redhorse’s strategic goals.
