Radwell International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of technology-related programs within our organization. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning projects with the strategic objectives of the business. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the Program Manager will play a key role in driving the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across the organization — leading initiatives that leverage AI to improve business processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

  • Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
  • Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring integration across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and track progress across multiple projects to ensure successful and timely completion.
  • Communicate regularly with executives, IT leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with department heads, functional leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the program's success.
  • Coordinate resources, assignments, and dependencies across teams.
  • Motivate and support team members, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact the program's success and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure issues are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, KPIs, and key milestones to leadership.
  • Provide regular status updates, including budget and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in program management.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies for program delivery.
  • Lead AI-related initiatives , including evaluating potential AI technologies, coordinating pilot projects, and managing cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
  • Partner with data and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, accuracy, or customer experience.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of AI-driven tools and capabilities across the enterprise.
