  • Refines requirements and engages with customers to ascertain schedule.
  • Assigns tickets for testing and development.
  • Communicates with partners on delivery and status of software delivery projects.
  • Engages directly with contractor leadership on career development and performance evaluation.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Experience managing small to medium sized teams.
  • Ability to engage with customers and manage project schedules.
  • Strong communication skills for project delivery and status updates.
