About The Position

The IT Program Manager at NIKE, Inc. is responsible for managing both services and experiences teams, both locally and internationally. This role involves working in a matrix environment to ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies across various squads. The IT Program Manager will lead complex and strategic programs within the Partner & Marketplace Engineering portfolio, driving key initiatives and collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
  • 6-8 years of Technical Program Management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience in eCommerce, Mobile Commerce, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Deep experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both services and experiences teams locally and internationally.
  • Ensure priorities and dependencies are aligned within squads and dependent squads.
  • Develop and execute integrated technology program plans and schedules.
  • Drive key programs within the Partner & Marketplace Engineering portfolio.
  • Lead diverse cross-functional teams to execute complex programs.
  • Create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of program management including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust program plans as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Implement process improvements for planning, reporting, tracking, and communications.
