The IT Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program management, which includes overseeing the budget, timeline, resources, and capacity across various projects. The Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of project strategies, delegating tasks and collaborating with business resources, stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing solutions to leverage project capabilities for improved processes and productivity, making recommendations, overseeing dependencies, and removing obstacles that may pose risks to program success. The Program Manager will also create project plans and schedules, manage deliveries from initiation to completion within a matrix organization structure, and conduct research on vendors to determine the best pricing and product quality.
