The IT Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program management, which includes overseeing the budget, timeline, resources, and capacity across various projects. This role requires partnering with key business stakeholders to evaluate cross-team feasibility, define project scope, document requirements, set schedules, and manage resources for implementation. The Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of project strategies, delegating tasks and collaborating with business resources, stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing solutions to leverage project capabilities for improved processes and productivity, making recommendations, overseeing dependencies, and removing obstacles that may pose risks to program success. The Program Manager will also create project plans and schedules, manage deliveries from initiation to completion within a matrix organization structure, and conduct research on vendors to determine the best pricing and product quality.

  • Responsible for end-to-end program management including budget, timeline, resource, and capacity across projects.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders, evaluate cross-team feasibility, define scope and document requirements, set schedule, and manage resource for the implementation.
  • Lead project's strategy development, implementation, delegation, and collaboration with business resources, stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Identify and implement solutions that will leverage project capabilities to improve processes and productivity, make recommendations, oversee dependencies, and remove obstacles that pose risk to program success.
  • Create project plan and schedule including work estimation, validation and translation into tasks.
  • Manage deliveries for every aspect of the project from initiation to completion under a largely matrix organization structure.
  • Conduct research on vendors to determine the best pricing and product quality.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan, Risk Management, Gantt Charts, Waterfall, Scrum, Agile methodologies, project initiation, identifying project business case, preparing technical and user documentation, conducting presales activities, and sales reports preparation.
