IT Program Management Lead - Source to Pay
About The Position
As a IT Program Management Lead here at Honeywell, you will oversee and drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results. You will report directly to our Director IT, and you will work out of our US Aerospace locations, preferably, Phoenix or Charlotte, on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT initiatives, support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive business growth. You will support the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives supporting the Source-to-Pay(S2P) value stream. This role will drive standardization, optimization, and automation of S2P processes— including Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable—as part of a multi‑year SAP S/4HANA implementation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies . This role is accountable for modernizing global procurement & sourcing operations by harmonizing processes, driving automation, and ensuring full compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory requirements, while aligning technology delivery with enterprise business objectives.
