About The Position

As the OCM & Communication Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizational change management initiatives and leading communication strategies within our IT programs. You will oversee a team of project specialists, ensuring that business requirements are effectively articulated and met. Your leadership will be crucial in driving program execution, fostering engagement, and ensuring smooth transitions within the organization. As a crucial pillar of our dynamic and collaborative Project Management Office (PMO), you will align projects with strategic business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of the SAP S/4 Transformation journey. You will articulate the vision, mission, and overarching goals of the SAP S/4 program, fostering alignment and shared understanding among stakeholders.
