Responsible for assisting in support activities related to all ERP support areas. Responsible for the functional service support activities of campus users and central offices, and supporting the priorities laid out by business owners. It serves as a key resource to ensure quality of service and identify service requirements to safeguard support for evolving business needs. In addition, will collaborate with campus users and process owners to understand business challenges and identify how to appropriately engage with ERP system capabilities, reporting, or process improvement. Also, collaborate with end users, process owners, and change management to identify appropriate training, communication, and support for the Institute's financial users.
