About The Position

We are looking for an IT Product Specialist to join our U.S based team and primarily focus on working closely with our North America based customers. In this role you will gain in depth knowledge of the Exerp platform and work with our customers to ensure our technology continues to provide value and ensure their long-term success. To accomplish this, you will help onboard new customers, gather requirements for new solutions, advise on best use of the system, and troubleshoot issues. This is a very dynamic position that will require a blend of technical and business analysis skills. A solid technical aptitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand complex processes are required for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
  • At least 2 years of experience of working in IT Technical Support, as a Business Analyst, or similar client facing role supporting software applications
  • Experience driving and handling production related incidents
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally through all levels of organizations both internally and externally
  • Experience with technical solutions, business processes and have an analytic and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with databases and datasets for extraction and conversion into useful business information
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually both in North America and occasionally to our headquarters in Copenhagen

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience of the Health and Fitness industry
  • Experience supporting complex ERP systems
  • Experience with Web-services and API’s (SOAP/REST)
  • Experience using SQL to write, extract and update data when required
  • Experience analyzing system logs using Elasticsearch/Kibana

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve often complex issues using your technical acumen and your unrelenting troubleshooting skills
  • Build an advanced knowledge of the configuration options and capabilities of our Enterprise fitness chain management products
  • Be in daily contact with our clients and deliver the best possible client experience through tickets, meetings and phone calls
  • Understand, reproduce, and report issues to our Engineering teams.
  • Provide business consulting and product expertise to customers, enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered
  • Interpret, fully understand, and document client business requirements and needs
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
