Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in process management, product/program ownership, or strategic IT roles within complex organizations.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile Product Development
  • Data analytics, metrics analysis, and reporting
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
  • Proven ability to navigate complexity and influence across all levels, from senior executives to cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or PgMP are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Lean & Agile Excellence: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and high-quality delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced analytics, metrics, and KPIs to inform product strategy, measure success, and optimize performance across multiple workstreams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, enterprise architecture, QA, governance, and project management teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • IT Matrix Leadership: Lead assigned product workstreams within the IT matrix organization, aligning resources, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects and support tickets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT business stakeholders-managing expectations, communicating priorities, and resolving gaps between business needs and IT capabilities.
  • Risk & Vendor Management: Identify potential risks, evaluate business impacts, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure accountability, value realization, and contract compliance.
