Requirements

7+ years of experience in process management, product/program ownership, or strategic IT roles within complex organizations.
Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile Product Development
Data analytics, metrics analysis, and reporting
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
Proven ability to navigate complexity and influence across all levels, from senior executives to cross-functional delivery teams.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or PgMP are highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution: Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
Lean & Agile Excellence: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and high-quality delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced analytics, metrics, and KPIs to inform product strategy, measure success, and optimize performance across multiple workstreams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, enterprise architecture, QA, governance, and project management teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
IT Matrix Leadership: Lead assigned product workstreams within the IT matrix organization, aligning resources, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects and support tickets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT business stakeholders-managing expectations, communicating priorities, and resolving gaps between business needs and IT capabilities.
Risk & Vendor Management: Identify potential risks, evaluate business impacts, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure accountability, value realization, and contract compliance.
