• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers of IT hardware, software, and services.
• Research and source IT products and services based on client requirements and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms for clients.
• Oversee the shipment and receipt of all IT equipment.
• Organize inventory for easy retrieval and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics with technicians and service providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and track inventory levels for timely restocking.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Track and monitor procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
• Support the implementation of new IT solutions and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in the IT procurement landscape.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.
