About The Position

The IT Procurement Agent executes procurement processes for IT-related goods, software, and services. This 1-year contract position, based in Juno Beach, FL, focuses on category management, contract negotiations, supplier evaluations, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will develop procurement strategies, managing external spend, and ensuring acquisition and distribution of materials to support operational needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of procurement experience in IT with category management exposure.
Proficiency in SAP/SRM and GEP Source-to-Pay platforms.
Advanced contract negotiation experience with cost savings.
Procurement certifications (CPSM, CPPM, or similar).

Previous experience in software sales or IT vendor management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes using SAP/SRM and GEP platforms.
Develop sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Lead category management projects and conduct spend analysis for cost savings.
Manage RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Draft and maintain IT contracts for hardware, software, and services.
Collaborate with finance on budgets and monitor procurement expenditures.
Partner with IT, legal, and other partners to meet procurement needs.
Conduct market research and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
