IT Principal Software Engineer
About The Position
As our Principal Software Engineer, you will create or enhance complex applications, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to meet end-user needs and business goals.Every day you will work on multiple high-complexity solutions, troubleshooting and resolving intricate software problems. You'll provide technical guidance to engineering teams, oversee their project contributions, act as a subject matter expert, and mentor all software engineers.To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional software design and coding expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and proven leadership in technically guiding and mentoring teams. Excellent communication for conveying complex technical concepts and a commitment to innovation are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelors Of Science Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related technical discipline or equivalent software development experience, upon hire
- 7+ years of job-related experience
- 8+ years of experience as senior software engineer
- Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities.
- Assist in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications.
- Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
- Provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products.
- Provide trainings and mentor other Engineers when required.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion.
