About The Position

CTG’s Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead) to drive multiple concurrent IT initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions in manufacturing and industrial environments.
Type: Contract
Job Title: IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead)
Location: Remote, Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred
Pay Rate: $62.86 - $85.05/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT project, program, or PMO experience
• Proven success delivering multiple initiatives in complex enterprise environments
• PMP Certification required (include certification number and active dates)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and outcome-focused delivery skills

Nice To Haves

• Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PMI ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
• Experience implementing AI solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and workstreams with measurable business outcomes
• Apply Agile, hybrid, and Scrum practices to AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Manage integrated plans, RAID logs, risks, and dependencies across IT, engineering, and operational teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear executive-level updates
• Enable teams through servant leadership, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration
