We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Systems Engineer to join our growing team that supports multiple industrial and manufacturing environments. You will be bridging IT and OT systems — integrating plant-floor control networks with enterprise infrastructure in a secure, reliable, and compliant manner.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in IT/OT, automation, or industrial networking.
  • Proficiency with network infrastructure (Cisco preferred), firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.), and server technologies (Windows, VMware).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN technologies, VLANs, and industrial Ethernet.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting control systems (Rockwell, Siemens, etc.) a plus.
  • Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity practices and segmentation.
  • Background in manufacturing, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support IT/OT network architectures for industrial environments.
  • Deploy secure remote access, backup, and recovery solutions for production systems.
  • Integrate control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA with enterprise networks.
  • Conduct network assessments, document infrastructure, and perform upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure alignment with security frameworks such as NIST 800-171, IEC 62443, and internal cybersecurity standards.
  • Be an ambassador who embodies our , prioritizing the success of , our clients, and the professional development of our associates.
