The IT Ops Professional will provide all levels of technical support and serve as the point of escalation for IT Operations & Global Service Desk team members. This role involves assisting in prioritizing work activities to meet service level requirements, creating and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures, and ensuring the effective use of service management tools for incident and request management. The position requires troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure, including PCs, servers, networks, and other hardware/software, as well as completing new PC implementations and relocations. The role is based onsite in Daytona Beach, FL.
