About The Position
The IT Operations Technician will be part of the NBT Infrastructure Team which is responsible for partnering with and supporting teammates at divisions. The IT Operations Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to providing in-person and remote technical support. Ordering, configuring, supporting IT equipment and managing inventory. Implementing Azure cloud IT solutions and services. Engaging with the business to understand requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions. Working on projects and performing other duties as assigned.
