About The Position
The IT Operations Technician I position at Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company is focused on providing essential support for the Production batch cycle process and deploying updates to IT applications. This role is critical in ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and that system availability is maintained. The technician will monitor both Production and Test environments around the clock, collaborating with IT technical staff to troubleshoot any job failures or processing delays.
